Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and select your preferred return method.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn items with all original tags attached back into their original packaging to ensure the products remain protected during transit.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup through our portal.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
